1. About us

Freddie & Bear is a UK business trading at mollybear.uk. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Formation of contract

A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, in which case you will receive a full refund.

We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, if we cannot process payment, or if we identify an error in pricing or product description.

3. Personalisation — accuracy and responsibility

When you place an order for a personalised item, you are responsible for the accuracy of the personalisation details you provide (name, text, spelling, colour preference etc.).

We print exactly what you submit. We cannot accept returns or refund orders where the personalisation contains an error made by the customer. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.

We reserve the right to decline to print personalisation that is offensive, unlawful or inappropriate.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Prices may change from time to time; the price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the full order amount at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel most online purchases. However, this right does not apply to personalised or custom-made goods, which are specifically excluded under Regulation 28(1)(b).

Because all our personalised items are made to order, you may not cancel once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of order placement). If you wish to cancel before production begins, contact us immediately at hello@mollybear.uk.

Non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days under our standard returns policy. See our Returns page for details.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days of order placement. Delivery times after dispatch are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or third-party carriers.

Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you on receipt of cleared payment.

7. Faulty or incorrect goods

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed due to our error, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@mollybear.uk with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

8. Intellectual property

All content on mollybear.uk — including designs, images, text and logos — is the intellectual property of Freddie & Bear. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at mollybear.uk/pages/terms. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
